My name is Nadiia, born and raised in Ukraine, now based in Vienna, Austria. Admiring the aesthetic grace and flawless movements of gymnasts as a child, I set my sights on becoming one myself. Representing my country in international championships, I gained valuable experience and learned the importance of caring for my body and nurturing my soul.

Inspired by my journey, I am now driven to share the secrets I have learned with you. Through mindful stretching techniques, I aim to guide you towards becoming the best version of yourself. Your physical and spiritual well-being are intertwined, and I am here to help you harmonize them.

That is no secret that the best way to a good health is sports. Exercising makes our body feel alive, gives us an energy and motivation as well as self-esteem boost. More than that, doing sports is a natural way to reduce and let go of everyday stress.

But what is stretching exactly and how beneficial is it for you?

I will tell you: Stretching itself is an instinctive action that we all do constantly. Think about it: you have an office job and having to sit in your chair for over 8 hours you need to stand up every now and then to have a walk, just to feel your muscles are still working. It feels good, right? Exactly, this is stretching!
